“Awesome resort!!! We’ve been to many all inclusives. This place was great. All the staff was outstanding. Fun and hard working. Restaurants were really good. Ranking them Id say French, Italian, Steakhouse, Buffet, Spanish, and Id stay away frok the Japanese. For lunch you have 2 buffets. One by the beach and the regular buffet. Nightly entertainment is good. They have a live band and a nightly theatre show. Pools are great. Theres a pool with a swim up bar, a big family pool, and a water volleyball pool. The beach was a few steps from the pool. A little rough some days but still enjoyable. Played tons of beach volleyball. Loved the size of the place. Easily walked everywhere. Not so big you need a trolley to go from your room to a restaurant like some places.” – Hamilton C. 2/20
“We had a great time! The staff were tentative, clean and tidy up your room twice a day, choices at the buffet matched 80% of the time but there are so many choices to keep randomizing so it didn’t bother us. The facility and pools we’re clean, plenty of entertainment even if you don’t go out of the resort. JC Diroche was very good to us! We will be back!” – Stefaniya G. 11/19
“We really enjoyed our stay at the Riu Palace. Room service was great. The customer service is excellent. We enjoyed the Sports Bar, say hi to Victor. The beach area is clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay AGAIN.” – Janine L. 3/19
“Great place to vacation. Friendly staff, good food and plenty of drinks. My 2nd time here and not my last. Pretty decent rooms. 24/7 Room service. Staff is very friendly. Waiters on the beach. No panhandlers to harass you which is a plus. No reservations needed for the restaurants which is also a plus. Sports bar has 3 pool tables, air hockey, casino and snacks such as chips, dip, burgers, and fruit salad. Great beach activities such as darts, ping pong, bag tossing, Valley ball, water balloon fights at the pool and many other fun things for the family.” – Dawn F. 7/17
“Great service! Beautiful hotel. Amazing food. We have gone to this hotel every year for the past 3 years and love it!” – Larissa M. 6/17
“The customer service was amazing. The food was amazing. The ocean was amazing. But the best part was the cooks. They were very kind and caring.” – Jack J. 5/17
