Jenia and Kyle met through online dating and had their first date just days later at a food truck park. Kyle proposed during a family trip to Oak Island, North Carolina on the beach. The couple chose the AZUL Beach Resort in Negril, Jamaica, an area known for its signature sunsets. They chose the resort because it was modern and chic, and family-friendly too. Since most of their guests were traveling from all across the map, it proved to be a central location and an easy-to-get-to all-inclusive resort.

Jenia and Kyle held their wedding ceremony on the sky deck, with ocean views. After the ceremony, the couple took pictures, while guests enjoyed a cocktail hour in the Indigo Denim room. A private reception followed on the beach with dancing and a DJ.
