Ashley and Mitch’s wedding at RIU Pacifico was held in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The RIU Palace Pacifico is a stunning resort, and its beachfront features signature rock formations jutting from the Pacific Ocean. The Destify Couple were introduced through mutual friends, and they both agree it was love at first sight. The couple got engaged in Puerto Vallarta and knew they wanted to go back there for their destination wedding.
The destination held a special place in their hearts due to the engagement. They chose the RIU Palace Pacifico resort because of its location, and also that it was family-friendly. There was plenty to do for both kids and adults alike. Located on Flamingos Beach, the resort is surrounded by beautiful Banderas Bay, with the Sierra Madre Mountains as the background.
There is an infinity pool that rests on the beachfront and the tiered-room system means guests can stay with any budget in mind. For further excitement, guests also have access to the sister resort RIU Palace Vallarta, where adults can enjoy a discotheque and nightclub, and other amenities. Wedding ceremony venues include the gorgeous beach or the wedding gazebo.
Mitch and Ashley held their wedding ceremony on the beach, and her father walked her down the aisle during the procession. A crowd of guests cheered on the crowd, and Ashley said, “This was such an awesome experience and it really added to the joy of the day”. A cocktail hour kept guests entertained while the couple took beach photos. Everyone met for a private reception after, with grand entrances and dancing.
