How to Edit Your Website

Selecting Edit your website will then bring you to the Customizations page. Here, you will be able to select whether you would like to customize the Design, add an About Us, add a Wedding Party, a Wedding Itinerary, as well as any Registries you may have registered with.

The Design page provides customization options, such as changing the layout orientation by adding borders or keeping it without borders. You can also customize the font style as well as the font color. You can also even add a new color if you do not see the colors to your liking. Then below that you can upload a custom image to the background, or you can choose one of our pre-selected images in the dropdown box.

The About Us tab provides you with three different customization options, the first being the About Us. This is where you can upload a story about how you two met, for example. Second, we also have the additional Special Message to Guests. This will be labeled on the website as “Message from the Couple” and can house any additional information you would like to provide your guests that is separate from the About Us section. Lastly, you can also upload 10 photos to your own, personal slideshow gallery.

If you have some extra information you’d like to share on your website that doesn’t quite belong in the About Us or Message From the Couple sections, the Custom page is the perfect spot. Here, you can create your very own tab that will pop up on the navigation bar. This is a perfect spot to include details like FAQs, Q&As, excursion information, and much more. 

For couples looking to add their Wedding Party, you will find two columns in this section. Each column is used to differentiate between the associated spouse. When you are ready to add members to this, click on the “plus” sign, fill out their name, add their title, an optional description (an example of this would be your relationship with this person, and then, lastly, upload their image. Once you have filled out all of the necessary information, click on Save and repeat this process for each individual, and the wedding party will populate on your website.

The Wedding Itinerary is where you will go to upload any itinerary or schedule of events that you have available for the wedding or vow renewal day or any other events you have scheduled for the duration of your stay at the resort. Click on the “plus” button, and then you will be able to add the name of the event, the event date, start time, end time, the location on the property, as well as a description.

This could be something like a message, like, “Hey, please arrive early to the event,” or if there is a dress code involved. Once you have filled out the necessary information, click Save Event. If you need to add an additional one, you follow the same process and then click Update Website.

Lastly, we have the Registries tab. Here, you will upload any registry links that you have registered with, such as Zola, The Knot, Amazon, WithJoy, HoneyFund, etc. Just click on the “plus” button, and then you will add the website link and whatever you would like it to be displayed as on your website. You will then click Save Registry. If you have any additional registries you would like to add, follow the same process, and then click Update Website.
