Resort Insights

“I vacationed at this resort with a wedding party during December. The beach was really awesome and the food and staff were also accommodating. We did have a few issues with our room cards being demagnetized because of coming into contact with cellular phones. Thankfully, management was familiar with the problem and would allow us to have several cards per room to avoid having to the back to the lobby every time it happened. Overall, the wedding was lovely the resort wasn’t too big and it was close enough to Playa del Carmen for a quick taxi to take us out whenever we wanted.” – Eric B. 02/19

“10 minutes after we got to the resort, we were brought refreshing tropical drinks. We’ve been here two days and we love it. There’s a jungle in the middle with various animals hanging out, a cat, multiple pools, it’s right on the ocean, there are tons of activities and shows, and it is all inclusive. All the workers are very friendly and helpful. The food is good and there are lots of options, including vegetarian ones. DON’T buy sunscreen or chips here, though. They are ridiculously expensive. Our room is nice. The price is good. This is paradise.” – Alicia L. 12/18
