“Amazing staff interaction. Good food in multiple themed restaurants. Ability to go next door IF you found a way to be bored. Beach was clean and never crowded.” – Dallas B. 3/20
“We absolutely loved this place. They had many restaurants included here and with all of the food it was all included. They have every different culture of food here you could ever think of. Their beach was amazing, it had some of the best views. And their rooms had the best view of the ocean and they were very clean. House cleaners were very friendly. 10/10 would definitely recommend.” – Izzy R. 2/20
“Alright, where to begin. The resort is extra lush. If you want the softest sand and most beautiful beach in the world, amazing buffet food, fantastic 5 star à la carte dining and super friendly staff, just go here. The place is so darn clean, that it is unfathomable. A mess can’t stay on the floor 5 minutes and it’s picked up. The 24 hour sports bar always has food, even at 3am. The rooms are impeccable. The showers and water pressure are amazing. If I had to go to Cancun again, I definitely would hit this place. I’d give more stars if I could.” – Jamie S. 4/19

“Another great hotel from Riu. It is so clean and tidy with staff constantly keeping it that way. All staff are kind, polite and helpful and cannot be more accommodating. Food is also really good. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anybody!” – Matthew C. 6/17
“If you want tropical with a palace feel. Great location and placement of hotel. Gave a grand view of the lagoon on one side. On the other side views from the room were amazing. Teal colored ocean water. Palm trees throughout, hammocks underneath some. From the balcony you could hear the waves landing on the shore. Feet in the extra fine sand was almost like in flour. Enjoyed it even at night. Pools, palm trees and walk ways were lit up. With a warm breeze and peaceful sounds of the waves. There were ships that had lights outlining the structure cruising the ocean. Also were shows in the evenings. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel had great breakfasts. Many types of good restaurants to choose from for lunch and dinner. Some rain during my stay added to the warm tropical get a away.” – Roy D. 3/17
