Being with all of our loved ones on vacation

How was the experience for your guests, and what did they enjoy most about the wedding and destination?

They had a blast, enjoyed the all incousive benefits and the beautiful weather of the week, as well as the wedding events such as the welcome party and wedding day celebration

Looking back, what would you say to couples considering a destination wedding with Destify?

Make sure to communicate fully to your guests how important it is to book and to watch the prices because they can fluctuate drastically and some guests may end up paying a lot more than others

How was your ceremony, and did you have a reception? Where was your reception?

Our Ceremony was magical, the weather was perfect, the resort nailed the design and excited everything perfectly from music timing to decor. We did have a reception and the resort really understood the design. I wanted it to feel like a fairytale and they delivered exactly that

What did you love most about getting married at your resort?

How easy it was for us, our coordinator Jennifer handled everything seamlessly, I felt like I didn’t have to lift a finger.

How did the amenities at your resort make your wedding week special?

The resort was adults only and all inclusive so all of my guests were able to fully enjoy themselves and relax day leading up the the wedding events and it was such a great time with everyone. We played volleyball everyday in the main pool and it become the biggest event of the weeks everyday! The groom(Connor) had almost 30 people playing everyday it was so fun

What features of your resort made your ceremony or reception memorable?

The decor was absolutely stunning, the florals and plants made it feel like we were in the jungle it was so unique

How did you feel about planning a destination wedding at first, and in what ways did our team help simplify the process and bring your vision to life?

Stressed until destify and my coordinator from the secrets resort took over and helped create the vision I wanted and helped my guests book with ease and provide transportation for my guests with no issues

Knowing what you know, would you do a destination wedding again?

Yes! But definitely reccomend staying longer than 7 days, it was not enough time alone with my husband following the wedding and I wish we would have had that.

My dress was purchased from bridal reflections in New York, the designer for the dress is Shiran Abergel and the Bolero(the neck piece) is Eve of Milady.

What was your favorite experience at the wedding?

Being with all of our loved ones on vacation!

They had a blast, enjoyed the all inclusive benefits and the beautiful weather of the week, as well as the wedding events such as the welcome party and wedding day celebration.

Do you have any advice for future couples?

The days go by soooo quick! Make sure you are putting aside time for you and your spouse to fully enjoy the time not only with your family but each other. Definitely consider staying longer than just a week.
