How did Destify help you choose the perfect destination and resort for your wedding?
What was your favorite wedding moment with your spouse?
All of it. I loved not having to stress about planning every single moment and being able to relax on our big day.
What was your favorite experience at the wedding?
The entire thing was amazing, I can’t pick just one thing. I loved that they had my husband face away from me until I was standing at the end of the aisle, and he was able to turn around and see me for the first look. I loved cocktail hour, swinging in swings on a beach with a mojito. I loved it all!

How was the experience for your guests, and what did they enjoy most about the wedding and destination?
They had the best time, they enjoyed being about to get a vacation along with seeing their best friends get married and just be in good company and not have to worry about anything either.
Looking back, what would you say to couples considering a destination wedding with Destify?
JUST DO IT. If you are thinking about it, take the plunge. You get a honeymoon and wedding all in one, for the price of one wedding near home. You would probably have to plan every detail and not be able to enjoy your wedding because you’re busy running around. I was not stressed once on our big day, and I would do it all again.
How was your ceremony, and did you have a reception? Where was your reception?
The ceremony was beautiful on the beach, like we wanted, and the same with the reception. Wonderful food and just beautiful scenery.
What did you love most about getting married at your resort?
It’s hard to pick one thing. My main thing was that my kids and husband, and I had a wonderful time. There was no tension or stress of setting up everything, it was done for us, and that was the best.
How did the amenities at your resort make your wedding week special?
They decorated our door and left wine in our room, and put rose petals on our bed. This was truly special.

What features of your resort made your ceremony or reception memorable?
The arch and my bouquet were amazing.
How did you feel about planning a destination wedding at first, and in what ways did our team help simplify the process and bring your vision to life?
At first, I was skeptical, thinking I was getting scammed, but then once we started planning the details, it felt more real and I was very excited.
Knowing what you know, would you do a destination wedding again?
100%!
Lastly, do you have any advice for future couples?
Don’t put too much pressure on yourselves for a wedding, yes, you want things perfect, but if you push too hard for perfect. You will stress yourself out, and all you will remember is how stressed you were and not able to enjoy the big moment you both have waited for.
