$1250, yes I added private reception (open bar & buffet food), cocktail hour, rehearsal dinner, welcome party, florals, DJ, fireworks, dance floor.

How did Destify help you choose the perfect destination and resort for your wedding?

We had to reschedule our original wedding from Jamaica to Mexico. Destify helped me find the perfect resort that hit all the items I wanted and had a stunning wedding venue to wow my guests.

What was your favorite wedding moment with your spouse?

Seeing each other for the first time before walking down the aisle was super special.

What was your favorite experience at the wedding?

Dancing together with all our family and friends on the dance floor. Our DJ killed it!

How was the experience for your guests, and what did they enjoy most about the wedding and destination?

My guests RAVED about the Majestic property! They enjoyed the food & service and some of my guests had swim out pools from their rooms which were a hit to hang out at.

Looking back, what would you say to couples considering a destination wedding with Destify?

DO IT! You’ll never be able to travel with all your closest family and friends again. Also enjoy it, it goes so fast. I wish I could relive that weekend over and over again.

How was your ceremony, and did you have a reception? Where was your reception?

Ceremony was fantastic, we had a mutual friend be our officiant and he did an amazing job. We did have a reception at the Sky Terrace and everyone raved about the food (how many options there were, the flavor, the service) & the DJ – he played all of the songs we requested and blended it to a perfect evening of dancing.

What did you love most about getting married at your resort?

We loved being on a vacation with 80 of our closest family and friends. The way people interacted with each other and got to know one another was truly inspirational.

How did the amenities at your resort make your wedding week special?

The lobby bar was a central hub for everyone to meet at, the swim up bars and pools were awesome because everyone found their spot and you could mix and mingle.

What features of your resort made your ceremony or reception memorable?

The venue itself barely needed decoration because it was so beautiful and bridal. We absolutely loved our wedding venue for both ceremony & reception.

How did you feel about planning a destination wedding at first, and in what ways did our team help simplify the process and bring your vision to life?

I was nervous, but the wedding team at the resort handled everything for bringing my vision to life. They asked questions that I didn’t even know to ask them, they truly guided me through everything. Destify took the stress of having to answer my 80 guests questions about rooms, transportation, payments completely off my plate which was a godsend! I had the time to dedicate with the wedding team because I knew my guests were in good hands.

Knowing what you know, would you do a destination wedding again?

YES 1000% – already wanting to plan my 5 year vow renewal.
