Cost of wedding package? Did you add any upgrades?

$6,000, plus the 22 extra guests at $89 a person. We also upgraded the cake, bouquets, arch, and centerpieces, and added an extra hour which ended up being by around $10,000 extra.

What was it like working with the wedding coordinator?

She was very kind. We liked her a lot! She did everything we asked and was very professional. Truly LGBT+ friendly as well.

What was it like working with Destify?

Destify was great for the background info. They did what I needed them to do.

What is your favorite wedding moment with your spouse?

Eating dinner together at our sweetheart’s table and the cake cutting!

What surprised you the most about the resort or venue?

The venues are all stunning. Loved every single one and could barely choose. The views from the resort were so incredible as well.

What was your favorite experience at the wedding?

Other than being with my wife, I loved the waitstaff and the bartenders at our wedding. They were all so sweet!

Would you do a destination wedding again?

Yes, destination weddings just make sense. We got to hang out with everyone for longer than just one night. It was a chance to get to see people who I haven’t seen in years all in one spot for the week. The views and cost also were a huge plus
