How did Destify help you choose the perfect destination and resort for your wedding?

Elaine helped me choose the right resort when I was completely unsure. She offered thoughtful advice, personal insight about timing and weather, and several options to consider. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the process easy. I trusted her guidance, especially knowing she was also planning a destination wedding this year.

What was your favorite wedding moment with your spouse?

My favorite wedding moment was our photoshoot afterward. We don’t usually take many photos, and posing never feels natural for us, but Ana made it so easy. She was kind, knowledgeable, and turned it into something genuinely fun. Now we have beautiful pictures to remember the day.

What was your favorite experience at the wedding?

My favorite experience was walking down the aisle and seeing all my friends and family gathered together. My dad was right beside me, and my future husband stood ahead of me with the clear blue sky and water behind him. It felt magical, something I will never forget.

How was the experience for your guests, and what did they enjoy most about the wedding and destination?

They loved that it wasn’t stressful. It wasn’t a typical wedding where you had to worry about arriving on time or dressing a certain way. Everyone was already close by, they could dress for the beach vibe, and the whole resort atmosphere made it fun. Since everyone was on vacation, it felt easy and enjoyable for all.

Looking back, what would you say to couples considering a destination wedding with Destify?

I would say: don’t stress about everything beforehand. I worried so much, but our wedding coordinator stepped in, got to work, and made everything exactly how we wanted. The day was perfect, and there was nothing to stress over. Just let the beauty around you soak in.

How was your ceremony, and did you have a reception? Where was your reception?

The ceremony was perfect. We did a sand ceremony using the natural beach sand, which made it extra fun and meaningful. Afterward, we had a semi‑private reception at one of the restaurants. I was worried it wouldn’t feel like enough, but we talked, laughed, and had such a great time. By the end, we were even dancing in the restaurant and got to cut our cake. It was absolutely perfect.

What did you love most about getting married at your resort?

It was truly beautiful and so much fun, with absolutely no stress, which was the most important thing for me

How did the amenities at your resort make your wedding week special?

The amenities were amazing. I’m so glad we chose this resort. They truly went above and beyond to make our guests feel welcomed, and everything they provided was incredible.

What features of your resort made your ceremony or reception memorable?

The natural views were stunning — the ocean was clear and free of sargassum, the venue was gorgeous, and the entire resort was truly beautiful.

How did you feel about planning a destination wedding at first, and in what ways did our team help simplify the process and bring your vision to life?

I always dreamed of having a destination wedding, but once planning began, the unknowns of international travel almost made me change course. Destify eased every worry I had. Anytime a question popped up, they were right there with clear answers and genuine reassurance. They guided me to the perfect resort and helped create the wedding I had imagined for years.

I would just say: do whatever you and your soon‑to‑be spouse truly want. Destination weddings aren’t always popular, and some people might talk negatively or disagree with your choice, but ultimately it’s your life and your marriage. You get to decide how you want to start it. Do what makes you happy and if that’s a destination wedding, go for it.
