How did Destify help you choose the perfect destination and resort for your wedding?

From the very beginning, Destify made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They helped us choose the perfect resort in Cancun, managed all the travel logistics for our guests, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Their communication was excellent, and they genuinely cared about making sure everything went perfectly.

What was your favorite wedding moment with your spouse?

Our self-choreographed first dance!

Looking back, what would you say to couples considering a destination wedding with Destify?

We would say to reach out to the resort and wedding planner early to get a head start on planning. I would also say do it! It truly the best experience of our lives!

How was your ceremony, and did you have a reception? Where was your reception?

They were both exactly what we dreamed of. Our ceremony was in the ballroom. The decor was simple, and it overlooked the beach, which was beautiful. The reception was in El Portofino.

What did you love most about getting married at your resort?

We loved our wedding coordinators, Mariana and Fernanda. They made our wedding so magical and beautiful. They were there every step of the way from the time we arrived to the time we left.

How did the amenities at your resort make your wedding week special?

The amenities like the bars, desires club, pool games, water slides etc. made the week extra special by bringing us all together. We were able to hang out and do so many different activities together.

What features of your resort made your ceremony or reception memorable?

The beach and beach gazebo were beautiful for our rehearsal dinner and wedding photos.

How did you feel about planning a destination wedding at first, and in what ways did our team help simplify the process and bring your vision to life?

At first, it was honestly a little daunting because we did not have any direct contact with the actual resort. But the Destify team was really helpful in making sure that all of our guests were booked and taken care of in terms of travel. They were also great liaisons between the resort in the meantime. They always answered promptly and effectively, and overall made the experience a lot less stressful.

Knowing what you know, would you do a destination wedding again?

Absolutely!

What was your favorite experience at the wedding?

Our reception was beautiful and the food was amazing! We had choreographed entrances for the bridal party members and ourselves, so it was just a super fun part of the day.

How was the experience for your guests, and what did they enjoy most about the wedding and destination?

Our guest enjoyed spending 5 days together, including the wedding. They really enjoyed the all-inclusive amenities, drinks, and overall vibe of the resort! They had a fun time every day, not just wedding day!

Do you have any advice for future couples?

If you are considering a destination wedding, do your research on the resort that would best fit you and your family. Also, save up an extra 30% for unknown taxes and fees for the wedding. Plan your excursions as early as possible so as many guests as possible can come!
