How did Destify help you choose the perfect destination and resort for your wedding?

Destify offered me many options with price ranges, photos of ceremony locations, and capacity counts.

What was your favorite wedding moment with your spouse?

It was getting to experience the entire day knowing that we would be husband and wife at the end. One of my favorite things was dancing with our guests on the terrace, and continuing the party at the moonlight lounge after the wedding ended.

What was your favorite experience at the wedding?

Being with all of my friends and family! The resort was gorgeous, and we were able to enjoy three days of wedding activities at different locations around the resort. The food was also delicious!

How was the experience for your guests, and what did they enjoy most about the wedding and destination?

Everyone was commenting on how gorgeous the hotel resort was. And the all-inclusive nature of the hotel made it easy for our guest to indulge, relax, and enjoy their time.

Looking back, what would you say to couples considering a destination wedding with Destify?

It’s definitely more hoops to jump through for your guests, but it gives you, as the bride and groom, a huge breath of fresh air, knowing that you’re being well taken care of. They also reimburse you for certain amounts of rooms purchased, depending on your resort, so getting money back in the end was also extremely helpful.

How was your ceremony, and did you have a reception? Where was your reception?

The ceremony was absolutely gorgeous. In the package of the violinist was included, so I got to walk down the aisle to my favorite Taylor Swift violin version. Our reception was at the Tune Terrace, which was also absolutely gorgeous. The only downfall was that there were strong gusts of wind coming through the top of the terrace. Another note is that a lot of them were required to wear a jacket even though it was a June wedding, because of the venue.

What did you love most about getting married at your resort?

The wedding concierge took good care of us, and having them on-site was awesome. The day we got there, we set up a meeting to go through the whole wedding, which made me feel at ease.

How did the amenities at your resort make your wedding week special?

The resort is all-inclusive, so literally anything you can dream of or want is included. They were also options for upgrades, but I never felt the need to get those.

What features of your resort made your ceremony or reception memorable?

The natural flora around the resort is absolutely gorgeous! Lots of greenery, palm trees, grassy areas, flowers, and plants. The rooftop terraces also have beautiful ocean views that you just can’t beat.

How did you feel about planning a destination wedding at first, and in what ways did our team help simplify the process and bring your vision to life?

I was extremely nervous to plan a destination wedding to a resort I’ve never been to, but everyone I talked to justified, reassured me that the Hard Rock was a wonderful choice. They even sent me testimonials from other weddings that had occurred there previously. They eased my mind and allowed my fiancé and me to go with our guts when making decisions.

Knowing what you know, would you do a destination wedding again?

Yes! Without a doubt.

Lastly, do you have any advice for future couples?

I, from personal experience, know that it’s hard to block out other people‘s opinions. But at the end of the day, it’s you and your significant other’s day… Do what makes you feel good and what is true to you as a couple.
