How Price Matching Works
Price matches are reviewed within 24 business hours. Here’s how it works.

Book a room with a deposit
Place your deposit through the couple’s wedding website. Price matches can only be reviewed once we have a room reservation booked.
Good to know: Room deposits go toward your package total.

Submit your price match
Fill out the short form below with the competitor rate and a screenshot. We’ll take it from there.
Tip: Make sure your price match includes the same number of nights, number of people, travel dates, and room category as what you have booked.

We respond fast
Place your deposit through the couple’s wedding website. Price matches can only be reviewed once we have a room reservation booked.
Once approved, your reservation total will be adjusted on your dashboard. If you’re within the final payment period, we’ll refund any difference from an accepted price match.

Here’s a clean example with every required element marked. The same rules apply for airfare — just include all trip-detail pages.

Hotel name and exact room category
Travel dates and total number of nights
Number of travelers (adults and children)
Total price including taxes and fees
Date and time the rate was pulled
Why the timestamp matters: Rates can shift hour to hour. A visible date/time on your screenshot helps us verify the match quickly and lock in your savings.
Price Match Request
You can price match within 24 hours of your original booking with Destify.
Important: Price match requests are only reviewed with an active reservation made through the couple’s Destify site. We are unable to review the price match in advance of a new reservation. If your price match is denied, we will refund your deposit in full and/or work with you to find the best rate. Price match submissions must be received within 24 hours of booking to qualify.
Edge Cases
Got A More Specific Situation?
Here’s what to know if your match involves airfare, insurance, or a booking you already paid for.
Please note that we cannot price match travel insurance, as those policies are provided by a third party and the rates are strictly regulated.
Provide a quote that separates the room rate from the insurance cost, and we’ll review the room portion and accept the price match.
Insurance can be purchased through a 3rd party (e.g. Travelguard) upon confirmation of your reservation.
Matches must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. After that, your reservation would need to be canceled (the deposit is non-refundable) and a new one created to submit a fresh match.
If you’re outside the 24-hour window, reach out anyway — we’ll help you figure out the best path forward.
Price matches are only valid at the time of booking. Any changes made after will void the matched rate, and your reservation will be updated to current pricing.
A few situations may require extra review or be outside what we can match:
- Group bookings with already-contracted rates
- Basic economy flights, non-refundable rates, or last-minute bookings
- Requests with a $1,000 or 40%+ price difference
- Circumstances beyond Destify’s control (rare, but possible)
Even if your match falls into one of these, we encourage you to submit — we may be able to offer an upgrade, credit, or alternative.
Once a Guest Experience Specialist has reviewed your submission, you’ll receive an email with the decision — typically within one business day.
If approved, your reservation total will be updated automatically on your dashboard. If you’re within the final payment period, any difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
