“The staff at the Four Seasons Costa Rica could not be more accommodating and lovely. Humberto remembered me by name each day. Someone that I never met made a special trip to buy contact lens solution for me and delivered it to the room. The pool and restaurant staff were phenomenal. Such a beautiful setting with a beautiful staff to care for your every desire.” – Johnathan B. 4/19
“It’s the Four Seasons, what’s not to like? Probably the best service I have ever had at a hotel. 2 wonderful beaches, pools, amazing food (especially the fresh catch of the day!) amazing golf course too.” – Laurence P. 3/19
“Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a very unique and beautiful location, surrounded by water on both sides. Distance from the airport is not an issue, as the hotel provides safe and efficient transportation. Food was excellent and each restaurant/bar is set to maximize views. The grounds are large enough that the hotel never felt crowded. MANY options for on site activities and great concierge for offsite excursions. Surprised to see any reviews other than 5-star.
We unfortunately had to leave early as one of our children was hospitalized back home. The management could not have been more helpful in getting us back to the airport quickly. They were understanding and supportive in a stressful time. In addition, we were not charged for the days we missed on our reservation. We will continue to stay at Four Seasons locations over other options whenever possible from now on” – William S. 2/19
