Anthony and Tifani-Rose’s Wedding at Hard Rock Punta Cana

The Couple

Anthony and Tifani-Rose met in college through a mutual friend. On a special family trip to Jamaica, everyone met for a lovely dinner at one of the resort’s top restaurants. There Anthony proposed in front of all of their family members.

The Planning

The couple knew they wanted a destination wedding. Choosing the Dominican Republic was very important for Tifani-Rose, as she and her family are originally from there. Together with their Destify agent, Amanda Alfaro, they chose the Hard Rock Punta Cana resort. It had a great reputation as one of the top resorts in the country.

The couple loved how much was included in the resort’s complimentary wedding package. Tifani-Rose said, “From Destify to the coordinators, everyone kept it so simple and easy while planning”. The wedding department always answered questions promptly and was ideal to work with.

The Wedding

The couple stayed for 9 days, many of their guests stayed for 4, and they held 3 nights of events for their guests. Everyone took full advantage of the resort, from trying out the delicious restaurants to utilizing the numerous pools and exploring the bars and nightclubs. The couple held their ceremony at 6pm on the Harmonica Beach section of the resort, with beautiful ocean views. It was the first time Tifani-Rose had seen the location, as she walked down the aisle, and she was amazed.

Their complimentary package included everything they needed, and they added additional flairs like flower stands and a bouquet and boutonniere for the bride and groom. Following the ceremony, the couple hosted a private reception, where guests danced and enjoyed the food. Their favorite moment was when loved ones went around the group and shared their fondest memories of the couple.

Looking Back

Tifani-Rose’s primary advice is to enjoy both your wedding and the planning process, as they both happen so quickly. The couple is happy they chose both Destify and Hard Rock because they got to enjoy it every step of the way without feeling stressed.
